What is SPAN^SM?

The Specialized Psychiatric Assessment Network (SPAN^SM) is an integral and expanding service of PDC. This service is unique in the assessment of complex psychiatric claims. Our licensed psychologists strive to enhance traditional case management by obtaining an objective understanding of the claim through direct contact with the claimant, treating provider and other interested third parties.

SPAN^SM consultants are highly qualified licensed clinical specialists with extensive practice backgrounds. These psychologists have forensic experience in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues. This places them in a unique position to address:

How do I make a SPAN^SM referral?

Complete the SPAN^SM Referral Form and fax it to PDC.
All referrals will be responded to within 24 hours.
